This year 2018 sees Lucas progressing from Junior Saloon Cars into the Britcar Endurance Championship under the team management of Tockwith Motorsports. Britcar is a multi class race format with two drivers competing in each car with pitstops for driver changes, refuelling and tyre changes.
This year Lucas will be driving Smart ForFour a unique car only one on the British racing circuits at the moment and part of his role is in the continued development of this unique car. The championship is held over 7 rounds at major national race circuits including Silverstone GP, Silverstone International, Brands Hatch, Donington, Snetterton, Oulton Park and Rockingham in which Lucas will be competing in the 2 x 50 minute sprint races.

Started Kart racing at club events with TVKC from the age of 8 at PF International Lincolnshire.

In 2011 raced in Formula Cadet WTP Little Green Man Championship for JM Racing team on an RK chassis finishing 11th in his 1st year of competitive racing.
In 2012 Lucas moved to the newly formed Forza Racing team under the guidance of Paul Munn. Still racing in the Formula Cadet WTP Little Green Man Championship but this time on a ZIP chassis he finished in a competitive 6th place.
In 2013 Lucas remained under the tuition of Paul Munn but switched teams to Next-Gen Motorsport. He continued using the ZIP chassis but switching engine type to the new British Championship Formula Cadet IAME engine.
2014 sees Lucas switching teams to Ollie Walker Racing(OWR) under the tuition of Ollie Walker.
2015 saw Lucas move on from karting into the Junior Saloon Car Championship driving a Citroen Saxo to develop his skills at handling a car and learning the countries racing circuits.
